What to expect
Before you arrive
While walk-ups are welcome, we strongly encourage everyone to reserve your free tickets before you arrive to make the line move as quickly as possible.
When you arrive
When you get to the property we will have parking attendants that will direct you to a spot. Once you leave your car follow the directional arrows to the line.
Due to the amount of people who attend, wait times will vary. The earlier you arrive, the shorter your wait will be.
Once you reach the Sanctuary, you will be placed into a tour group.
When in your group
Once you have been placed in your group you will be seated in the sanctuary until your group is called to enter the city. Wait times in the sanctuary will vary, but you will have live entertainment as you wait.
Once your group is called, a host will walk you out of the sanctuary to begin your tour.
Inside the city
Your host will connect your group to a tour guide. You will follow them for the full duration of the tour.
Your tour will last roughly 30 minutes. It is a slow walking tour that takes place on an uneven grassy field.
The city contains open flames and pinned-in live animals, so we ask that you keep your children with you at all times.
When the tour is complete, a host will speak with your group and guide you into the gym.
After the tour
Once you have concluded the tour, you will be led into the gym for refreshments supplied by Chick-fil-a, as well as a photo opportunity with characters from the city.
